At a surprise luncheon, Wednesday, May 16, twenty-three Washburn Seniors were surprised at a luncheon in their honor. In attendance were their families, teachers and friends. The unsuspecting students were honored and awarded a lovely variety of scholarships for their college years. A list of students follows......

Don't miss the International Arts Fair on Friday, May 18th from 5-9pm at Washburn High School. Performances by music ensembles, dance class and spoken word artists. Student art will be on display and available for purchase. Food vendors and International crafts will be available for sale. All of this and so much more! Admission is Free! Questions? WHS is THE ONLY MPS Robotics Team going to STATE!!

By dint of Southwest defeating South 7 - 1, Washburn is the Baseball City Conference Champion and will play the St. Paul Champ at the Dome on Monday, May 21 at 6PM
